I have completed watching both series coffee prince and Hanazakari no Kimitachi e.

Finished CP some time ago already and it was soo good! :)

Very nice show! I am like crazy over this! :] 


Synopsis from Dramawiki: A bitter-sweet and uplifting comedy drama about a young girl Mio and her brother Kazuki. To treat her illness overseas, Mio has been living away from her older brother Kazuki for the past ten years. After learning about the upcoming surgery, which she has only a fifty percent chance of survival, Mio decides to fly back to Japan to spend time with Kazuki. Looking forward to seeing his sweet younger sister, Kazuki anxiously awaits Mio's return in Japan. However, their reunion is nothing but full of surprises as Mio has transformed from the innocent sickly girl Kazuki remembers from ten years ago into a sassy woman with an attitude. Kazuki has difficulty dealing with his wickedly selfish younger sister, but soon learns about the truth of her medical condition and has a change of heart 



It's not as "drama" as it is of korean shows whereby they weep and weep and weep, it's more of a "sassy" feel show.
Pretty funny and sweet. The doctor and the brother is good looking!

Alot of friends have been raving about this so ive been watching :)


For the past 2 days, I have been watching 花ざかりの君たちへ, in romanji pronounced as: Hanazakari no Kimitachi e . Hana Kimi is again acted out by 2 countries, namely Taiwan and Japanese. Meteor Garden's Rui ( real name: Oguri Shun) acted in this series as the male lead, Sano. Protrayed a very charming yet cold character, totally different from the Taiwan lead, Wu Zun's protrayed character. Female lead Mizuki, though having a softer touch, is still bringing out her positiveness. I like Nakatsu, played by Jiro Wang ( Taiwan) in better played by Japanese actor Ikuta. All in all, the sequence of the plot is different, thus is a different feeling even though you've caught the taiwan serial. Cute Nakatsu!

Plot is Mizuki admired Sano for his bravery in saving her as well as his high jump skills, went into a boys' school that Sano is studying. She had to disguise herself as a guy in order to do so. Meeting Nakatsu is a fortunate thing- because he became both Sano and Mizuki's good friend. However, Nakatsu found himself falling in love with Mizuki and thought that he was gay, for he didnt know Mizuki is a girl. 
The thing is, all along, Sano knew that she is a girl, but went all out protecting her identity to keep her in school :) Of cos, also helping her to get out of trouble.
The plot also tells the uniqueness of the dormitries ( there were 3 dorms) and how they cooperate to work as one school.

Ah not bad right, writing my own synopsis.

I believe the Japanese serial will follow the comic more faithfully as Taiwan serial kind of disappointed me when I watched the ending ( it was horrid) and now at episode 9 ( airing in Japan), Nakatsu finally found out that Mizuki is a girl. Hahah! That didnt happen in the Taiwan serial, and I realised that the Taiwan serial actually missed out quite a number of details. Moreover, I think the Japanese are quite creative, can see that the production is bigger and most extensive. They have walking polka cards hahaha. To each its own I would say, for both serials. Ella would still be the stronger version of Mizuki, and more convincing as a boyish looking girl.
