finally got to coastal scents to buy their stuff few days ago.
i've had MAC's lip glosses but they're so sticky, most of the times, when the wind is in my direction, my hair gets stuck to my lip gloss, which is digusting.... ( hair has residues of the lipgloss)
credits to tiffanyD
and i heard from so many friends that CS lip gloss is tiny, but less costly and not sticky and the payoff is good ;)
i don't apply lipsticks so i depend on tinted lipglosses for formal event jobs!
in addition, i got their gel liner and their brush.
what i really wanted was sonia kashuk face brush.. wonder where i can get them? ( can only get off target.com now)
back to work!
note to self:
1 book: Marine Parade Library
3 books: trf from Richard library

im not a big fan of makeup but i really want to know what you put inside your makeup pouch
so i'll post mine first then please post yours! im curious what a lady can squeeze in that pouch and what she deems neccessary!
from here you can see that im no eyeshadow fan, nor do i put my eyeliner or mascara into my pouch
i only have the basics and the two tubes beside my kabuki brush: one is a skin color acne concealer that dries your pimples bought from a clinic and the other is coorgi flowertox bb cream in the chanel sample container.
in the side pocket, i've hidden 2 pantyliners (:
i love the muji powder blotter, when you have foundation on your face, this works especially well!

by the way, ive watched Angels and Demons, it's pretty good, i think its a 2++hours movie.
( stashed a red toga )

most of the times, i only go out with concealers because i think foundations (or even bb creams) are super harmful to the skin if you apply it everyday but days I wore foundation, I need a primer because:
1. I hate to reapply or put chunks of foundation that my skin dont need at that pt of time
2. makeup to stay (related to pt 1)
3. my T zone is oily
4. i sweat alot -_-
5. foundation to glide better on skin.
i love bb(blemish balm) creams because i've yet found any liquid foundation that i really liked :(
i want something light because i dont need much coverage. recommendations?
for now im loving laneige's compact foundation, thanks to jamie and elaine's recommendations that laniege makes good stuff.
other than that, im still a loyal fan for M.A.C's liquid concealer but not its..
prep and prime.
it does a super good job in oil control and gives my skin a matt feel using the sample,
longer foundation and blusher stay,
i love it so much that i asked jamie to help me port back a full-sized until one day ( still using sample, perhaps the 5th time),
it gave me very dry skin till i peeled on both sides of my cheeks, near my nose areas.
i was so upset and had to ask jamie to return the primer, it just wasnt good for my skin.
so then i tried Benefit
Dr. Feel Good
made me feel really good for the first few times. this one is not cheap, set me back by at least $40+
the balm primer is good even when u wear it alone and makeup really stayed, if when i sweat like mad,
it softens your skin too, giving it a silky finish,
but the mad thing is it isnt good in oil control, my t zone still showed oiliness and i feel that it doesnt work after a few times. :(
i dont feel so good anymore so i sold it for $20 online.
so I'm looking out for

SMASHBOX!
highly rated, #1 primer voted by Sephora.
light because my t zone very oily,
60% water based.
i want to get my hands on this via nordstorm..........
36USD :(
